MXR Compressor

Has anybody tried the "new" Super-comp pedal from MXR. The Dyna-comp is great but this has a attack control if i remember right?

I have not tried one out yet.... Pete Townshend for years had a MXR Dyna Comp at his feet..... Since the 76 tour i believe.... anyways in 2004 he has switched over to the new Super Comp... I will try one out soon...

Hm, I need to try that baby...I LOVE my Dynacomp. I still use it even though I upgraded from POD 2.0 to POD xt Live.

IIRC one of the local stores has one, i better be there when they open tomorrow and try it out

Well i tried the MXR super comp today, and of what i remember of the dyna comp (didn't have them side by side to try out) they sounded the same but the super comp had the attack knob which is really good. I also tried it on bass (i'm a bassplayer) and for being a guitar compressor it worked really good, it didn't affect the lows at all!

So if your in need of a compressor, try this one out, i'm getting one for sure!
