My amp stopped working

all the tubes are glowing except the rectifier tube. Should the rctifier be glowing also?. maybe it burnt out.

1 st step is to replace your rectifier tube. (Yes, It should be glowing) Should be a simple fix. But if your new rec. tube refuses to light? Then you have a problem. Time to take it to a Tech. BTW, most rec. tubes run off a 5v filament tap on your Power transformer, while your other tubes use a separate
6.3v filament tap off the PT.

If it's not the tube it could be as simple as a cold/broken solder joint on the tube socket. Or the contacts in the socket are worn/weak from age.
