My band featured on iTunes this week.

Port Authority is the band name and the EP featured is called Mississippi Sound. It is a rock/electronic project that draws influences from bands like U2, Depeche Mode, Coldplay and others. This is the 5th time Port Authority has been featured on the ITMS web site but Mississippi Sound is my best work to date I think.

I used a Ibanez RGT42, Epiphone Valve Standard, Fender Pro Jr. and an M-Audio black Box for the guitars.

Los Angeles - the name was in tribute to all those from the NY Port Authority who lost their lives on 911.

There use to be a band called "The New York Port Authority" I think it was funk from back in the day.

I like "Shake" too - kind of wish I could have done that super hard with Marshalls and Rectifiers but maybe it wouldn't have the same vibe?
