Dammit. That's the exact bass I want. I got an el cheapo, just to have a decent bass for laying tracks, but I've been wanting to sell it and get a G&L. They're basically a Musicman with a more comfortable neck. My first choice for normal priced basses.

For the amount of money I'm mailing to the IRS tomorrow, I coulda bought 5 of those!!!@#$%#$%QW Dammit

That thing is BAD ASS. The best part is I'll get to play it whenever I go over to his place. I'm about as psyched as he is over it. I still can't believe he got it for that price. He tried one while he was visiting a music store in Murfreesboro, TN and came back to NY and told me about it and I found a few good ones for him.

I can't decide whether I'd rather have a 5 or 4 string, but my next bass will definitely be a G&L. That's one company that never disappoints me.

It's gotta be a 5 string. Well at least for me. I learned how to play 5 string right off the bat. Once you get used to it you don't want to go back.

that's definitely at or near the top of my 5-string list...i love those!!!! and that's a pretty good $$$ too!?
