my (current) pedalboard set up

Re: my (current) pedalboard set up

Interesting stuff. -that's opened my eyes to what i could do with a non-midi or dip-switch based tb looper for my board. Ta for sharing!

I hear ya...truth is you can get a lot more in depth then this with plain old switcher/loopers but this set up does all I need it to do.

I am not finished with the board at this point and will be adding a thing or 2 as well as doing a few swaps and once it gets where I want it I might switch the switching system up a little but then again I might not...this works quite well!

Re: my (current) pedalboard set up

Thanks!

With this looper/switcher loop 3 is bypassed wiht the BYPASS engaged and the only way I could run just loop 3 would be to click off whatever is in loop 1 or 2 at that time...in other words in this set up it is always running through 1 or 2 if it is on...

I had the option of going both ways but this was the better set up for me...

Brian is the man with these switchers...it really has helped me out!

Yeah, the Loop-Masters rock! No doubt. My next one is likely going to be a 4 or 5 way looper, possibly with an A/B switch... might steal that either/or trick too. Long ways out though. Maybe early next year...

Right now my dual loop is doing all I need it to on my compact board... and I like that I can hit both switches with a single stomp

So you're always going through the dimension & panner? Stereo out of the dimension?

No Rat Pedal?????? Do you feel OK C?

Re: my (current) pedalboard set up

YOU ARE A NUT!

You need to just get 2 pedal boards going! How are the JMI pedals working out?

Yeah...neither the DC2 or the PN2 are in loops or anything, truth is the buffers don't bother me much. I do run stereo out of the DC-2 to the stereo IN's of the PN-2 so the DC-2 stays stereo all the time plus I can get the panning effects plus if you set them up right and run them both you get a crazy quazi Leslie effect that im really growing to love!

HA!

I thought about 2 boards for a while, 2 much smaller bvoards to make up the one big board but that just too much trouble.

The JMI MKII is deadly...truly amazing and I really dig it but you see than the AnalogMan Fuzz Face is still holding strong on the board! The AM Fuzz Face is just so expressive and organic sounding btu for those Jimmy Page moments the MK II is tops...dead on nails Zep I with EASE but I find Benders to be more of a one trick pony vs the much more (to me) versitile Fuzz Face pedals.

As for the other JMI...still haven;t gotten it!!!:banghead:

That reminds me...I think Im gonna fire off an email to those guys and see what the hold up is!
