my delay doesnt sound right now

i always ran it before my tuner pedal but after all my others. but for some reason it isnt sounding right now. my chain is like this banzai gt500 delay then tuner straight in to the z. i dont have a loop to put it in. but i never ran it into one and it always sounded fine. but i dont know if its the new pedals or the z but the repeats are weaker. only the first one is close to normal then after that it drops off fast. where as before i got 3 repeats that faded. does any one have any suggestions of things for me to try?

What kind of delay is it??

Try this...

Guitar into tuner first, then Banzai OR GT500 then the other of the 2 then Delay last...

Well...you have 2 buffered pedals and 2 true bypass pedals so it should all be good...try it like I listed above and report back, thjat might "fix" it.

ok i tried it like that i also tried it takin the gt500 and banzai out. at the same time then alternating them. it sounds fine clean. but when i turn on either of the dirt pedals it makes the delay get weak sounding. then when i go back to clean it sounds fine.

so far nothing i have tried has worked. and i cant find much info online about the problem. i wonder if they just dont work well with the boss pedal. with out either of them plugged in it works fine.

...Yeah, turn the Level and Feedback knobs on the delay pedal clockwise, haha. :joke:
