My Favorite Seymour Duncan Pickups

Let's start with my Seymour "Benedetto" for my Heritage Golden Eagle.I am a Heritage guitar artist. The Benedetto brings out all the warmth of the guitar, with zero feedback problems, considering there are f holes. The jazz Seymour is on the neck postion of my endorsed Melancon guitars,Jaros Custom .I am a Melancon, and Jaros Custom guitar Artist. What a sound. It sounds like my Eagle, with warmth ,sustain. It's a beautiful sounding pu.The JB Seymour is on the same guitars in the bridge postion.Listen to "Sacrifice" using my JB at http://www.cdbaby.com/cde the other songs were using my Seymour Jazz pu .All of them.Crazy about my vintage rails, and hot rails on my Hamer Mirage.Incredible sustain, sound quality .Listen To ANGEL,using my hot rails pu at http://www.cdbaby.com/cde So,yes I love these pu's ,and now need to try the others,Sincerly,

Cool! Thanks for posting. IMO, you really should try some Seth Lovers and Antiquity humbuckers next. Also Antiquity I Tele Pickups and AntiquityII Surfers for your Stratocaster. I think you'd love 'em! Lew

Re: My Favorite Seymour Duncan Pickups

Lew's dead on Carmine, gotta try the Antiquity line. Seymour's finest.

Peace,

Darrin

Re: My Favorite Seymour Duncan Pickups

Thanks guys. What is dead on me mean?
its not dead on you carmine. :laugh2:

what darrin referred to lew's dead on means he agreed completely with lew. as for your name after the dead on, well, its just an address.

Re: My Favorite Seymour Duncan Pickups

Thanks for the Benedetto info. I've been wondering what those sound like. Not too many people seem to use them.

Thanks.
Artie

Yep, the wonders of the written language and what a huge difference a simple scraggly dot can make... "," in this case , as in "Lew´s dead on, Carmine" ;)

Re: My Favorite Seymour Duncan Pickups

I think you should give the antiquities a try to Carmine. If you have another Heritage, particularly a 535, or jazz box you can really make it sing with those antiquitiy humbuckers. They have a smooth, yet rich sound, complex mids is the most common phrase associated with those pups.
