My First Shared Clip, Ever

Had some time this past summer between classes and work to complete a couple of songs on my computer. This is the first one I'd like to share. I create everything from backwoods hillbilly stomp to the heaviest of metal. This falls into the bluesy mood guitar realm. Pink Floydian, if you will.

The recording is far from perfect, as well as the playing, and that is the way I prefer it. I like music raw.

This song showcases the Antiquity in the neck position and the Seth Lover in the bridge postition of a 2002 Les Paul Classic. Pedals include a modded (by me) Tube Screamer and Russian Big Muff, played through a Peavey Classic 30. All parts created and played by me. Best listened to with headphones to get the most out of stereo and front to back spacing.

Please share any commnets, criticisms, or ask any questions. I welcome it all!

Nice job. It's habit forming though. The more you do the more you want to do.

Dude, that's great..reminds me alot of some Zep III. Keep on doin that man. I wish I could write some groovy stuff like that.

Re: My First Shared Clip, Ever

Oh yeah, with a combination of Simon and Garfunkle....I really dig this man...needs some more vocals/lyrics. I love it bro!!

Re: My First Shared Clip, Ever

Thanks for the replies! Doveman, yeah, I'm hooked fer sure. Wish I had more time. I have literally thousands of ideas on my pc just waiting to be fleshed out.

Glad you like it DBBQ. On that song, you should see when I get around a bunch of people after a few cervesas and get them to do different things like clap their hands or stomp their feet. Fun stuff!

Jolly, thanks dude! LZ? S&G? They both make my top 5 list, so I guess that's where it comes from. I have other songs that I actually really sing on. I'll try to polish them up and get some on. It'll be a couple of weeks, though. Nice guitar collection, btw!

Man, how did I missed that one..nice mood. That one has style! Your first clip? Sounds as if you're doing this for 20 years :smokin:

Re: My First Shared Clip, Ever

Awesome. I need a big muff and a tube screamer for my C30. I'm not liking the DS1.

Re: My First Shared Clip, Ever

Pink Floydian, if Davd Gilmour would ever use a humbucker! :)

Great clip, I liked it a lot, especially the lead line that comes in at the 1:30 mark or so. Sounded like the neck pup?
