Re: My Gear Show-off site!

nice, well done ... nice gear too

but i may point out that your next and back buttons are not working.

Re: My Gear Show-off site!

Thanks everybody!

Stringmachine, I like the lite ash very much. A really nice guitar for a great price. But from what I've heard, alot of them tend to be bad quality though. Had luck and got a really nice ex :)

Skyydogg...the site is actually working, but it goes crazy when you use Firefox, it can't handle the script that i wrote the site in right. That's just too bad :(

So u have to use Internet Explorer to enjoy the site without problems...Then u also have to active the ActiveX control "for this site only" cause browsers tend to block those automatically...and that is what drives the Next and Back buttons.

Re: My Gear Show-off site!

That's the most beautiful Tele I've ever seen. Seriously.
You have a really clean and nice guitar/pedal/amp setup, congrats! :)

The web developer side of me wants to smack you for using a friggin' ActiveX control for what could have easily been done with HTML :smash:

but the guitarist side of me says I love the Bluesbreaker!

I actually made it myself...and wanted to give it a name, "Bluesy Breakfast" ...thought about making more of them but it was quite a lot of job, so I decided not to ;)

Me neither loves the Active X controls...but it's 100 times easier to change the images and the text underneath every image when i can have all on one html document...no need to have one doc for each picture, may be able to do that with just html also...but I didn't know how. Site is btw written in Strict XHTML 1.0... got a course in school done for that :) and then... Thanks! I love the Bluesbreaker myself...feels like I'm going to keep it all my life :laugh2:

skyydogg
yes, i'm using firefox. i love firefox :(

I'm using Firefox and prefer it myself nowadays, so I'll guess I'll have to make it compatible pretty soon.

Re: My Gear Show-off site!

You can see what his most important peice of gear is on the first page after you click guitar gear! it's the most dominant image...

Re: My Gear Show-off site!

My gear page certainly isn't as nice as yours ............ but I got a lot more gear in mine :)

Re: My Gear Show-off site!

CapoFirstFret...that bottle is actually not even opened;) It's actually the first whiskey that I have bought myself :burnout: So thats not the point of it...but I see Jack D as a bit of rock 'n roll history. So it made itself nice there on the picture...cause I'm quite into photographing also, as you might notice on the rest of the page.

Re: My Gear Show-off site!

Bludave, you certainly have a lot more gear on your guitarpage. Guess I have to go out there buying something ;) no, I'm actually quite satisfied for now with my GASsing...except for a Fulltone OCD that I posted about here earlier that I'd like to add.
