While trying to figure out the difference between the 'Hi-Gain' version & the 'regular' version, MY amp has the Line-out & the Power Dampening, which are listed as the
'Hi-gain', but my amp is not branded as the HG version.
My main questions are, what possible tweaks or value changes can I make to give the amp a bit of a kick in the booty (w/o pedals). Cathode resistor(s) slight reduction? The chassis shots show rather easy to all the components. I simply want a bit more kick & OD out of it. Please be as specific as possible.
