My new DUNCANIZED travel guitar

I got this hohner G3T guitar for Christmas, a little guitar to carry on planes and throw in the trunk for trips. The stock EMB Selects of course had to go. I put a Lil '59 in the neck, a Vintage Rail in the middle and my crazy 8(with a transplanted alnico 5) in the bridge. It is now a very nice, very versatile guitar.

Thought I should throw down a little clip as I don't get around to post very often. Here is a one take clip over a backing track I downloaded from Rid a couple years ago (sorry for the odd 'clam')

wow - nice tone indeed ... lots of 'air' in the tone ... seems to respond very well to your right hand attack .. a nice addition to your arsenal, filling out some tones the PRS doesnt do

is this your brother's amazing 'all amps to all people' amp? :D

That is still the 'multi optioned/tubed' amp. I was using the blackface pre-amp and el84's. Also was using an OCD pedal.
Speaking of my brother's amps I have a new one on the way as we speak.EF86 pre-amp 4xEl84 power tubes. Keep your eyes open I will post pics and clips (hopefeully) when it arrives. This is a new design my brother has been building and I am really looking forward to it. Apparently SMOOTH SUSTAIN from the ef86.

Sounds very nice. What pups did you use on the clip?

First 1:3? was the middle vintage rails. then it was the crazy 8/5 (both coils). The crazy eight with the alnico mag has a pretty articulate sound. I quite like it.
