First off I'd like to thank whomever posted the soapbar PRS's the other day, I thought I was over my PRS phase for now. :laugh2:
It's a Custom 22 in Tortoise Shell with the Artist package, wide thin neck, stoptail and 5-way switch. The Artist package adds an artist grade top, the paua inlays, rosewood headstock, gold hardware and a beautiful leather hard case. The color of the guitar along with the artist package is what makes it look so spectacular in my opinion.
I was suprised by the versatility of the 5-way switch. It really adds a wide variety of sound to the guitar and overall the guitar definately adds a sound to my collection that I haven't had before. The Dragon II's seem pretty tame in comparison to the Burstbuckers on my R7 but that isn't a bad thing.
I really like the feel of the wide thin neck, it's very player friendly. The neck feels super smooth and the action is pefect and low. I think all of this along with the light string gauge from the factory makes the guitar play somewhat effortlessly.
I've posted one pic in a smaller size and linked the rest due to their larger size. Check 'em out, let me know what you think!
