has anyone played the Tri-Ac? from what i've read, it supposedly isn't that great "in front" of an amp...of course i've read that about the Tri-Od too :smack: :fingersx: , but i was curious how good it did sound? if it's tweed and calif settings sound like the tri-od then i'm sold for sure!?

Mike, I would imagine like all the TECH21 stuff, if you find the cleanest place to start with on your amp, the pedal will sound great. Then tweak to your likes.

A lot of people that dog these multi type pedals throw the dirtiest setting on top of the dirtiest setting on the amp & come out with crap....and then blame the pedal :dunno:

It sounds huge!! Man..can´t wait till MI has the pedals done finally..wrote many mails..I think he hates me already now

i'm kinda thinking the same thing?! i'm probably just gonna go for it...try to pick up one used.
