My personal best deal ever

I am always lurking on Craigslist for deals but whenever something great pops up I always seem to be the 2nd guy in line and just miss it. Well not today

Here is what I got:

Orange micro terror and cab
VOX AC4TV
Orange Crush BXT

All fully functional. Just a bit dirty but easily cleaned. VOX has minor tears in tolex.

Grand total purchase price---$120

Played them all today. Holy crap that micro terror is LOUD!!! Even meatier through my 1x12 Texas Heat cab. Really like it.

I had an Ac4TV previously and this one sounds better than I remember. Maybe more broken in?

The bass amp is a big 1x15. I'm not bass guy and will flip this one.

After a good cleaning tonight all but the VOX look brand new. They also have some cigarette stink that was revealed after a good scrubbing. I febrezed them all. Any other tips there?

My new Sunn combo had the previous owner's dog's smell in it. I cleaned it pretty thoroughly with Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap and let it air out on my back patio for a couple of days but it still smelled a bit. Now that it's been at my place for a while it's absorbed the smells I'm used to so don't stress too much.

Great tip!! Its amazing with all the new fangled sprays and this and that, you cant beat old time remedys...
