I'd like to start off saying, this is the best set of pickups I've ever heard, the difference was night and day.
Take a Qp, add some lowend, add some twang, make its cleans as good as a vintage tele pickup (with extra warmth), and add some more grit. And that pretty much describes the Muy Grande in the bridge, but its far far far more sensitive and much quieter than the Qp.
The Tallboy in the neck is amazing, everyone at the guitar shop was drooling when they tried it out. Its everything you want a tele neck pickup to be, only un-molested by a chorme cover. In Rio Grande tradition, I left the neck un-covered and I'm glad i did.
The middle position sounds equally as excellent, and it's also humcanceling.
This is probably the best set of pickups I've heard in general, just flat amazing... Seymour Hates me now...
