My Session with African Singer - Short Clip

Stevo

Tonus Maximus Pacificas
This was a fun session. A local producer actually heard one of my Duncan pickup demos and said that he wanted "that" sound :D I played one of my telegibs and I think it had a 59 in the bridge at the time. The amp was a THD Univalve, totally cranked for the big chords.
The screaching parts are actually guitar parts.. I stretched the little e-string, at the highest fret, to go 2 notes higher.. my fingers were basically bleeding when we finished :D Great people, fun session. I got a CD credit, next to Ansley Dunbar's name :) At the CD release party I got to meet him and Peter Noone (Herman). Good experience all round.

This is lofi and short, all that the label will allow.

Yes several times. Very cool lady. In the studio, she was on one side of me, describing what I should play, and the producer was on the other side of me, telling me what to play :laugh2:

She donates a lot of time to AIDs awareness :)
