As far as I can tell electronically its stock (cept for what appears to be new filter cap), but it does have a non-original cab. Its got a newish cab built to accommodate the 10" weber speaker in it (I'll check the model at some point and post what it is, I think its a 10F150 but I'm not 100%). It was like that when I bought it, so I don't have the original cab.
Overall its in good shape. The cab looks practically new, probably cause it is pretty new. haha. The Chassis and Faceplate show signs of they're age, but nothing bad. A couple dings in the face plate, and some dirtiness (which could be cleaned off if you so choose. I just haven't felt a need to remove the knobs simply to clean it). No scratches or anything on the actual lettering on the faceplate or anything like that though.
Its definitely a bad ass sounding amp. Cranked its beautiful, I used it for recording mostly, and it worked perfectly for that. Great at getting a huge cranked amp sound, without killing the dog.
The trem sounds insanely amazing too. Its a bias trem circuit. Which IMO is one of the best sounding tremolo designs. Second only to the "Harmonic Vibrato" Trem in the brown fenders.
And for anyone that doesn't know, the SF Vibrochamps are one of the few SF amps to have no Circuit changes when they switched away from the Blackface cosmetics. So electronically its the same as a BF vibrochamp, just way cheaper.
Now what I'm looking for in trade is either a MIM Tele (Standard, or Nashville), or a MIM Strat. I'd prefer solid colors (and a rosewood board on strats), and single coils, but offer me anything really. As long as it doesn't have much fretware, and is in pretty decent shape, I'll be interested. Thanks.
If anyone has any further questions about the VC feel free to ask.
