You know how everyone wants to play with Jonser's toys? Well guess what, you're still gonna want to after seeing my wacky batch of noisemakers, I just can't compete! I am getting to the point where my goal is to find off brands and freakys that rock!! It has become a very entertaining obsession :dance:

My misfits have served me very well. I don't have a digi cam so the pic is a bit on the crappy side, but you can see the awesome castoffs I own with pride. The Plexi RI, Traynor Bassmaster, Cbro TR60, Gibson Mercury ( Can't wait to record with this thing!!) Hamer Standard, 62 RI Strat, Tokai Tele ( my fave right now)

Cool rig! here's some of my misfits. I love these 2 amps. This Supro I've seen tear apart some high price vintage amps and boutique amps when it comes to "edge of breakup" type sounds.

The ****erson is the coolest night-table amp.

Gtr is a big misfit. 24 3/4 neck, seth lover/DD 3 way+ mini toggle, floyd rose, etc.

I guess you had better see some of the toys I have in my den:

Custom built 5 string fretless bass, 4 string Aria Pro bass, Hamer Studio Custom, Tokai LP, 12 string acoustic, Resonator, Strat and a couple of acoustics an Aria and Fylde, mandolin, 2 X Carlsboro keyboard amps (used as a stereo power monitors), 8 channel stereo mixer, one of my Blues Juniors, Polytone Teeny Brute & ext speaker, there's also a Korg keyboard on the left. The rest of my gear is in the other part of the room and also around the house. Apologies for the quality of the picture by the way.

You know all of that stuff is on the do not sale list. Each of those amps just blow me away when I open them up. It is a real fun collection and has made me realize you can get tone for nothing if you look hard enough. I have 780.00 invested in the Gibby 1/2 stack, Carlsbro and Traynor heads.

Very funny, that is the one I am just getting used to. I have played Fender's forever and the change is significant. I love the look though, esp next to the trapezoid 63 Gibson 1/2 stack. They were made for each other!!

No clips, but in the near future I'll have the capacity.

U'r right about tone being out there for good $. I remember when I bought that Supro. I was at a gtr show and people were buying high dolla items right and left. On a whim I plugged into this old & dusty amp that everyone seemed to be walking right by. Within seconds there was a crowd around me of people who couldn't believe the tone. The guy sellin' the amp said I was the only person to play the amp in 2 days of the gtr show. It was listed at $250, but when he saw me lookin' at it he said he'd take $200. I knew within seconds that it had tone that u just don't find every day.
