I like natural finishes, I like colors. So, what's better than build one carved top dual cutaway? Yeah, two.
So. Here are my two carved top dual cutaway models. The left one has a singlepiece padouk body with a bit of sapwood. Padouk/wenge/padouk neck, ebony board. Seymour Duncan pickups (SH6/SH10 hybrid bridge, SH2/SH1 hybrid neck). The left is quilt sapele (a bit like koa, but with the smell of ceder <3 ) body with a ziricote/wenge/ziricote neck, ebony board and of course: the fuglybuckers. I altered the bridge pickup though: bye bye A2's, hello Ceramic 9 and A4!
Hope you enjoy them
