my '66 Bassman is noisy too, although it's been serviced

noises can be hard to trace, but it's often resistors or wiring issues

Greg, I'm glad that you love the work you had done one your 'lux. BTW, Did I miss the post were you described the before and after tone comparison? Have you let Christian play his JV strat through it?

When does the clean to overdrive transition happen? I'll bet it's got some sweet natural OD. How's it sound on low volumes compared to the cranked tone? Has it made your OD pedals obsolete?

I'm sure it's an awesome tonemachine now.
