Yep. The white Strat I had them in is a bright guitar too. One piece maple neck and alder body. I'll try the Ant II's. If I love 'em, they'll stay. If they're to bright, it's back to the Ant Texas Hots. I have to say tho, that as happy as I am with the Texas Hots, I felt they could've had a little more air to the mids and a little more glassy sparkle to the highs. But that's because I have my '63 with the original pickups to compare them too. I'm used to that brighter tone...been listening to it since I got the guitar 30 years ago!
