Hm, I remember seeing one of those in a shop ages ago, wondering how it played.

Ibanez's proprietary hardware has always been fantastic. They were locking the bridges to the posts 20 years before Tone Pros or Faber.

Nice guitar, man.

Yeah, for the most part. Some of the trems have been crap though, like Pro Rock'r trem - over-engineered and structurally important bits being made of cast zinc :thumbsdow.

Not a much better pic (still working off a cell phone), but it's got better lighting. You can see all the finger prints and what not, haha. Thing is definitely in need of a good polish.

I always wanted a destroyer (DT155 and 555 baby!!) and like this model alot.. Just wish it had a kahler and came in black.. never get to get my hands on one tho.. only ones they have round here is the smaller ones

Ya know, I just reread the initial post... $279?? mercy!!! My local GC charges top dollar for even beat to crap stuff. the other day was the first time they EVER offered me a deal. offered a big disc on an Ibanez RG3xxv.
