If I didn't already have more amps than I can justify having, I'd consider getting one. But I still haven't even scratched the surface of my old Spidervalve.

Just got a spider valve mkII 2x12. Man, why dont these things get more love? High gain tones cranked up are better than my dual rec and 5150 for sure.

We have one at a venue here (house amp) & I've jammed with it pretty often at soundcheck/before gigs etc... I was pretty surprised myself how well they do the brutez :bigthumb:

Not to mention the range of built in effects. Pretty much all the popular pedals into all the (fairly expensive to obtain) classic amps.
I like the Chandler Tube Driver into the Plexi on Fire with slapback reverb and available tape delay.

But it's been so effing hot in the garage I haven't been able to play much.

On a serious note, I'm always up for hearing the Katanas being played. Sounding good!
