Nazgûl Test Drive

Hey guys,

First post here! Yeah I'm a newbie, and a "lefty" :)

Here's a test drive soundclip of my new Nazgûl 7-string:
https://soundcloud.com/yalikazigi/duncan-nazg-l-test-mnemic

Gear:
Guitars: Schecter Blackjack SLS C-7 (10-56 BEADGBE /w Duncan Nazgûl in the bridge and Duncan Jazz in the neck)
Bass: Schecter Hellraiser C-1 (13-56 BEADF#B. Yeah I know, it's not a bass guitar; but it so easy with this guitar to get a good bass tone by using Amplitube bass, some compression and EQ)
Amp & Cab: EVH 5150III 50W - HB G212 Vintage (Loaded with two V30s)
Drums: Superior Drummer (Metal Heads)

Signal Chain:
Guitar -> Amp -> Cab -> SM57 -> AudioBox 22VSL -> Studio One 2

Enjoy! And don't forget to comment! :)

In my country one could say you've "entered with the door". :bigok:

Guitars sound good to me. Pretty crisp and aggressive. I almost regret I don't play a seven.
Other than that, I think you could lower the drums' level slightly, about 1.5dB. It'll be a hair less percussive, but it'll focus the listener more on guitars.

Yeah, you're right. I always have my drums containing the original and the compressed drumtracks with different levels. Now it seems that the compressed side became too much :) Thanks for your advice ;)
