NCD - New Cable Day - Pig Hog Armor Clad

Wattage

High Voltologist
Wasn't sure where else to drop this

This is easily the best cable I have ever bought. Not because of sound, though it sounds as good as any cable I've used. Not because of looks, or cost, or ends that stay connected...nope it is the greatest thing since the invention of electrification!!!!!!

I lays flat on the ground - it doesn't curl up or twist or try to wrap around your leg and trip you or any of the other numerous things twisted cables do

FINALLY!!!! PIG HOG ARE GENIUSES!!!!!! 10' or 20' Right angle or straight

I have a 20 ft right/straight I love it. Like you said it lays flat and it is long enough to reach the fridge in the jam room without taking off my guitar.

Who knows I am just happy you are digging it. Thanks for bumping the subject it reminded me I need a couple of short speaker cables.

That's great

I use their regular cables and I really like them. Shop I P/T at is dealer and I finally convinced them to bring these in. I gave all the counter kids at the store a sales lesson on these Armor cables and why they're so great.

For that price, I may just have to get a couple of these.

But it's not Silver and Silver Soldered Mogami tone cable... with an ultra low capacitance -How will you ever survive? :D

I kid I kid -my only objection to these is if they scrape up everything they touch -if not, seems cool.

I have a $90 Lava Morph Coil in my shopping cart as we speak.

I picked up a couple of WBC's last year and I love them. Mogami cable with Neutrik connectors. They were about the same price as the Pighog's but not wrapped in conduit.

Honestly, a protective cladding to preserve the dialectric shape around the core is a great idea, not to make you paranoid, but every time you step on your cable and malform that dialectric foam you create reflectance in the cable -ie a wave traveling in reverse and change the capacitance characteristics, because the energy of your signal does not travel in the copper core, it travels as a magnetic field in the dialectric.

So stop stepping on your damn cables! :)

So that's why my TOANZ started to sukk ever since I rolled over my Mogami cable w/Neutrik plugs while sitting in my gamer chair? :D
