I have been gassing for one of these for years, this morning I saw one....couldnt resist so now its mine.
BIG satin finished maple neck, jumbo frets, pearl inlays. Ash body with a maple top, the body has contouring like a strat on the back and slight contour where your forearm meets the lower bout . The pickups are DiMarzio, a Chopper T in the bridge and a Twang king neck. Electronics are a 3 way switch and a series parallel toggle where the tone would be...series is the neck and half of the bridge together with a thick sound like a humbucker. Parallel is a thinner sound like a normal tele.
This thing is Godlike, from the neck shape to the pickup options and tones it is absolutely the perfect telecaster for me. It goes from scream to twang and does them really well. It is a Japanese guitar so it isnt super pricey but sure feels like a Custom Shop piece.
It is also a gorgeous piece of wood
Oh yeah, I have been told that I'm cut off.
I gave a few guitars away while i was at it today. It felt good to give ones I dont use to people who will use em.
