i did standard wiring, with a seymor duncan sh-6. in the neck on a agile guitar.

but there was this black wire grounded on there neck volume pot (the wire doesnt go to the switch or output jack just goes into a hole in the body)
and i did the standard wiring and poped the black one off. just left it not connected to anything and bare, and it first the seymor duncan neck sounded loud and awsome, but then the sounded faded and fuzzed out.
i know it has somthing to do with that wire.

were do i need to soder it??

Are you talking about the bridge grounding wire that just goes to the back of the volume pot?

Re: neck pickup! heeeelp

Make sure it is the bridge ground wire were dealing with here. One end should be soldered to the underneath of the bridge... the other goes to the center of the back of the volume pot...
