Oh, I get what you mean. And I totally agree. I love the Demon in the neck and have it in at least 3 of my guitars.

I had a friend who had a jazz humbucker he took out a few years back. I tried it and I don't really like it. Its sounds glassy and dull for my taste, but I will say it sounds good clean. I can see it working with a different bridge humbucker, but not with the Custom 5 and my setup.
