Need suggestions it hates my OCD. No matter what I do I can not get a good sound with it.
Need an OD/boost for fender bassbreaker.

Why does it no gel well with the OCD?
You could go for the Tube Screamer or Boss SD-1 route if you want some tightening in the low-end.

For some reason it just turns to mud. Even with the tone knob maxed there is no definition. I had to check twice to make sure I wasn't on my neck pickup.

What's the tonality of the Bass Breaker? Somewhere between Fender and Marshall?
I bet something with a 3 band EQ line a Wampler Clarksdale or Duncan 805 would be good to tune out that congested bass/lower mids.

I've got one and I absolutely love it. Very much a TS type of pedal, so it should bring a much different character to your OCD which I understand is kinda scoopy, right?
And it's got an extra boost stage if you need some more juice.

Maybe a treble booster or an EQ Pedal infront to select the frequencies you want to push harder?

I second going with a Treble Booster–the Bassbreaker is the most Marshall sounding Fender tube amp I've ever owned. I've had great luck with the Mad Professer Ruby Red Booster.

I don't know which Bassbreaker you have but I have the 15 and I love the sound of my Boss BD-2 through it. I overlooked the BD-2 for years thinking it wasn't for me but then I picked up this one used for a decent price and it's really great!
