Need expert advice: Noob installing Seymour Duncan w/coil split into a PaulReedSmith

This is my first pickup wiring project, so bare with me...

I put in Seymour Duncan sh-16 in bridge and 59 in neck.

Replacing stock PRS standard 22 dragon ii's.

My guitar has 3 way switch, 1 volume 1 tone and a push-pull for coil split.

I am using 4 wire version of both pickups.

This is what I have done so far for the bridge (neck is still un-wired)

Light grey = white wire
Dark grey = bare wire

This makes sound... and as far as I can tell the volume/tone works and the coil split maybe works (the output is reduced for sure)

I have a couple questions on this:

1) Did I wire this up correctly?
2) Are my pickups going to be "out of phase" because I'm using the stock PRS electronics?
3) How do I test if coil split is set up properly?

Thanks and sorry for all the questions!

In your drawing, you have illustrated the green and bare wires as both going to the selector switch. Unfortunately, you have not illustrated all of the contact points of a Switchcraft type selector switch. It is difficult to visualise what you have done without a better drawing or a photograph.

For push-pull coil splitting, only the conjoined red/white conductors need to the DPDT switch. The overall ground for the pickup can be permanently connected to ground on a pot chassis.

EDIT - The basic circuit for which you are aiming looks like this. http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=2h_1v_1t_3w_1pp except that PRS adds a treble bypass network across two terminals of the volume control.
