Need help deciding...

Want a new axe.. Dont need one mind you.. But Im deciding between these and need help and advise.. Thanks!

Used LP studio - Cuz I want the classic LP tone
LTD EC1000 - Like the looks and dont have an EMG equipped axe

Or a Carvin C66 with the following options. - Plays like a dream and one of the best looking axes ever IMO.. The Carvin will get Duncan 78 or Blues Trembucker in the bridge.
403 - Cream coils and black bezel
AB - Abalone block inlays
G - Gold plated hardware
LN - Floyd Rose Locking Nut (must order Floyd Rose tremolo)
MAH - Maple neck and Mahogany body
MR - Install black mounting ring for M22 humbucker
QTP - Deep Purple on Quilted Maple
TN - Tung Oil finish back of neck (regularly $80)

What say you?

I really like the Gibson studios, even with the stock pups (although they are very one-dimensional!).

Im seeing a pattern here. I want an LP, but have most I see in my price range are pretty beat up. I have a hard time laying down 6-7oo bills for something pre beat. Just like I dont understand paying $2000 for a "relic". Heck send me your new guitar and $500 and Ill beat it up for you, save you some money and make some bread myself..
Im sure a good LP is worth it, just sharing my thoughts..
