Need help finding a website about guitar finishes

Hello guys, the title resumes it pretty well. I'm in the search of a website I used to visit to see the different finishes I could apply to my axe. The site showed a little history about the finishes. I can't remeber which site was it and I really need it ATM. I hope you can help me find it.

Well, google images is a good site to use. You just type in the type of guitar you want to see and a whole host of images arrive.

Yes I tried that already. But in this site I know everything is more organized and categorized. Thanks anyway.

I'm looking for a blue finish for a Tele. I just want to see the different possibilities. With this site I had everything neatly organized in one place. I'm not sure, but the site could be about Fender guitars only. I don't remember actually.

http://www.Reranch.com has LOTS of info in their store, knowledge base and forums. Might be what you were looking for.

Also the TDPRI forums has a ton of threads about Tele refinishing and refinishing in general

Warmoth has a lot of finish choices. Go to "Custom Build at the top and play with a custom Tele. After you get the body mostly defined, it will offer finishes for you to check out. Also look at the Tele bodies they have already made in the showcase.

I think it's Lake Placid Blue Metallic but I'm not sure. Can anyone tell if its the same or not? Thanks.

Well...

I've been looking around and after hitting the custom builder at warmoth, I'm pretty sure that this isn't a Lake Placid Blue Metallic finish since the one on the video seems to be a darker shade of blue. I came across this Tele and I'm inclined to say that the one on the video is a Mystic Blue Tele. If anyone agrees or disagrees, please let me know.

Are you trying to find a premixed colour which is the exact shade.

I just want to know the finish name. From there on, I'll see if it's possible (affordable) for me. But yeah, that's the appearance I like on a tele.

Given its an actual MIM colour you are wanting to find, surely the Fender website would be the best source of info.

I couldn't find it there, but I asked in TDPRI and they said that the color is Mystic Blue and that they are discontinued. It seems to be a 2013 model.
