Top and neck look to be in pretty good condition. It has a break at the bottom of the body and the back has been opened with several braces removed. Looks intact, but the wife's niece had someone mess with it, luckily it looks fixable. It will need a neck reset and the back repaired, along with the binding on the back replaced at the least.
Spruce top mahogany neck and body, Rosewood board and Bridge. Frets are in good shape but very small neck is straight and the soundboard and top bracing are all intact. Strings are loosened so can tell if the bridge is raised or not. It has been in a storage room for years but appears to be surprisingly intact other than the disassembly and small break by the strap pin. The inside number on the neck block is Z1997 29.
Should make a great player, but what is it worth? I'm the only player in the family, so--.
