Need Help Identifying Jazz Bass Pickup!

I just bought a used Warmoth Jazz Bass. It was advertised as having Fralins in it, but I pulled it apart to find out the weren't Fralins. The rear pickup appears to be a Jap Fender pickup or something similar and it sounds like it. However the front pickup sounds fantastic and I believe it's some sort of Duncan due to the color of the cloth wiring and the color of the winding. There is a sticker on the bottom of it that says "1NR". If anyone has a clue what this might be I'd appreciate it as I want to get a rear pickup to compliment it. Thanks!

Re: Need Help Identifying Jazz Bass Pickup!

The 1NR sticker indicates a Seymour Duncan SJB-1n "Vintage" model. The letter R indicates the name of the person who wound the pickup.

The bridge pickup is trickier because, judging by the handwritten label, the output conductors have been replaced.

If money is no object, and you want to stick with Duncan, I suggest the Antiquity II for Jazz Bass bridge position pickup. This pickup is wound that bit hotter than an SJB-1b. The extra kick helps.

Thanks!! I'm not worried about what the rear pickup is. It will soon be replaced with a Duncan!!
