hey guys, i'm looking for help finding some information on an older yamaha. i saw a guy playing this guitar several years ago, and since then, the image of it keeps coming back to me, but havent been able to find any information on it on the net. the body of it looked like a reverse strat body, but a little slimmer looking, and had a racing stripe down the middle. it had 3 single coils, and the headstock on it looked almost like an explorer. it was definately a yamaha, i could see it on the headstock. i know its a long shot, but if anyone might happen to have an idea what model it is, it would be of great help.

Those aren't racing stripes. That's a neck-thru-body guitar.

i know that now, but back from what i could remember, i couldnt tell that it was a neck thru, i just thought they had been painted on there
