I am going to be going off to college this Fall.....and HAVE to bring a guitar, or I will go crazy. I have to choose from my acoustic, or 2 electrics. Well I am definitely not bringing my souped up epi Les Paul with duncans. BUT my acoustic is a Takamine EAN15C and so precious. If i bring my squire and a small 15 watt amp i have...i always have to have headphones on or they can throw me out of the dorms cuz it says i cant amplify any instruments...etc....but then I want people in my dorm hall to hear me play and we can hang out that way.
I might just bring my acoustic...and always keep it in the case and lock it in my closet every time im not with it.

. it works on batteries for quite a good amount of time and with headphones. or you can plug it into your computer speakers if needed. it's not the super duper best high end thing but it works damn well for practice with headphones and is small for college living. plus it will give you much more sound options than an acoustic will for those late night metal cravings hahaha. if you want it, i'll sell it for $50 shipped.
