need new pups for prs tremonti se

Hey guys i just bought a pre lawsuit prs tremonti se. Tell you the truth the stock pups are better than i expected. However it's just missing that extra something. I'm trying to acheive a tone that varies from a led zeppelin, black sabbath, carlos santana, slash sound. Thanks for all help

by the way the specs for the guitar are:
Body: Mahogany with binding
Neck: 25" scale length mahogany 22-fret neck with rosewood fretboard and binding

59s or jb- jazz

Actually it's a GREAT guitar. And it's really really light. So if your into the les paul body but don't want to break your back go with this. And the access to the higher frets are a breeze. I was wondering though, how can adding a chrome cover, alter or color your tone while leaving the bridge pickup open. I know page and remonti do this.

By the way which position would either the 59 or jb best fit for m style

I'd say put the JB in the bridge and the '59 in the neck. Or, if you would prefer a warmer overall tone, have a '59 in both the neck and the bridge position. JBs tend to be a bit of a plain vanilla type of pickup. I don't know so much about the Jazz pickup, but I heard that with a JB in the bridge and a Jazz in the neck, you have a really versatile guitar.

Custom and an Alnico2 Pro or Jazz is what i'd go with.
