Need quick hot rail coil tap wiring help..

Sorry guitar is apart and trying to get done before bedtime.

Strat with rail humbuckers. It was already wired with red and white wires together and taped. Do I just separate these and hook one on each side of the push pull pot?

Also the pot has 3 legs on each side but the one closest to the bottom of the pot have some kind of jumper piece in between them. Is this right?
