Been playing a long time (35 years) and always avoided wiring and let my Luther do it. Now I have to learn. Anyways, here's the thing. I've got an alder bodied pacifica
pawn shop strat that I picked up years ago and I'm hopeing to create a little shred monster. Replaced the bridge with a solid two post steel trem with a fat steel block, threw some locking tuners on it, a good nut and am installing two choppers and an X2N with 1 500k push/pull tone, 1 500k volume, a standard 5 way and 2 mini switches. I figured I'd use the mini's to switch the neck and middle to parallel and the push/pull to split the X2N. I've got the wiring figured out but would really appreciate any advice or opinions as to which caps/resistors or mods would work well in this circut. Any opinions on this set-up are welcome as I'm a bit new to
wiring. The goal is a total shredder that can still clean up nicely.
