need suggestions for possible splawn replacement.

i really like my quickrod but it is way more amp than i need. where i live i cant even turn it past 3. plus its way more watts than i need as well. what would be some other amps for me to try out? i have always been a fan of the marshall sound. i have owned a few marshalls jcm800 jcm900 JVM and vintage modern. they were all good for what they did but lacked something for me or were too much amp. i am looking for something 50 watts or less. more around 30 or so. my only requirements are an effects loop and 2 channels. i have been checking up on orange amps the 30 watt 2 channel head mostly. but i thought i would ask what people here would suggest before i made a choice.

Well you could look at the Splawn Competition head and maybe an attuenator but it wouldn't make much difference. If you didn't mind the sound of el84's you could look at 18 watt marshall clones.

Get a London Power Power Scaling kit installed. Your amp's cranked tone at any volume, all for the price of a good pedal.
