And I am absolutely, totally in love with it. I ordered it on Friday from Musician's Friend since I could get 10% off from their Memorial Day sale. It came yesterday around 3 o'clock or so in the afternoon, and I played through it pretty much constantly until around nine o'clock last night. I'm just totally blown away by it. What an absolute great amp for me to not only practice with, but do some recording with as well. I told myself that I wouldn't let yall know what amp it was because I was going to post a new amp thread, and then make some clips for you to guess what it is. However, I don't have my recording stuff set back up yet, and I've been playing through it so much that I haven't even thought about setting up my recording stuff to make any clips yet.
Man oh man this amp sounds great. I love it!! I plugged in some headphones in it last night to give the 1x12 and 4x12 simulated outputs a whirl, and I thought they sounded pretty good.
I'm not working tommorrow, so I'm going to setup my recording stuff and give yall some sound clips. I'll mic it with my Sennheiser e609 I bought a couple of weeks ago, and also record it with the different sounds from the simulated outputs.
I am now a part of the Blackstar HT-5 gang, and am loving every single bit of it at the moment. I honestly don't see my love for the amp changing whatsoever either.
