New bass, plus amp DI

Our bass player was out of commission and we had a gig. Being hack guitar players/singers etc...we needed another bass to tune to E (and one in Eb)

So this happened for $120.





And, said bass being not quite "glam" enough, the judicious use of some duct tape produced this...



Finally, we then ran it through the Ampeg DI box. Everything worked great!!!! I threw down on Bon Jovi "You Give Love a Bad Name"
