I have the GT-10 and it's a good pedalboard. There's a forum for that too at
http://www.bossgtcentral.com/ I'm still pondering the GT-100. I don't have the money but am trying to sell some gear on cragslist so I maybe have the option to. The GT-100 will be a step up from the 10, no doubt. The dual screens and supposedly no menus will be a nice change. The GT-10 also has an issue with cocked wah. If that's a problem for you, you may want to wait until it's released and see what people are saying about that. I heard it on the first patch I used but liked it. Others hate it. The pedal assigns (on the 10) are good, the FX run from so-so to great, you can add an FS-6 for more CNTL usage and it has a pretty steep learning curve. I doubt it that's going to change in the GT-100. The top 4 or 5 guys over at bossgtcentral are really on top of the boss MFX units though and they are an amazing resource for when you can't figure something out. One guy created a virtual floorboard for the GT-10 that you can run on Windows to do editing duty, it's free, and he's already working on the GT-100 version, just waiting for the real thing to become available so he can fill in the blanks. If you're a metalhead it may not have enough for you but we'll see when it comes out. BOSS has apparently made the cab sims interactive so you will basically be able to roll your own, the same way we've been rolling our own tone. It'll be interesting to see how it all shakes out. I think the price is excellent for it, whatever shortcomings it may turn out to have. IT'll be a step up from the GT-10, absolutely. -Rod-
