Just thought I would try and build an electric guitar (know not much yet) have neck, will have two four wire humbuckers and a single,a five position switch a 500k pot with switch a 250k pot with switch,
a 250k single pot (not sure why yet) a tail and bridge, and whatever resistors and caps.
Now I need suggestions on what next,where or what order to place pickups, suggestions on how to wire using what is available to best advantage (send player nuts with variations)
I am envisioning cutting the body out of an old gnarly tree root out the back and mounting pots, pickups etc on perspex or similar scratchpad.
PS just like making things, have already built these.
