Was gonna go for it, but wound up with a $2,600.00 bill for 2 new crowns and a cavity. F**K! I like the look of the sunburst myself w/the flame maple cap, and new hams for sure, but...... I found out it weighs 8 frickin' pounds! That was the whole idea in the first place, Phoenix=light wood, which proves, especially as it is flat, no curved top, that the maple cap must be a good thick piece of wood. Shoot. Over 6.8 lbs., and it makes playing live (which is almost never at this point, my last invitation being withdrawn due to someone else's commitments) too painful.
Thank you guys for chiming in. Anyone got any free Top Ramen they don't want? How about some Obama DENTAL coverage. Sign me up!

You could have a relaxed sitdown concert. If the weight bothers your thigh, you could use one of those wood-and-leather thighbands which redirect the pressure to the seat of your chair. You can also make one yourself. What's the weight of your other guitars like?

It's very wrong. You've probably come across it before, and didn't realise it; one of those expensive ham sandwiches with barely any ham in them, and with far too many sauces, which clash so violently that you can't taste any ham.
