I've got some Malmsteen-ish shreddy ideas that i am trying to flesh out. I will definitely be using that tone.

Maybe a short preview, later this week.

As far as recording, did you loop the clean part or did you play it for 5 minutes?

I'm a loopin' fool, man. I've probably played the whole thing twenty times over by the time I'm done working out the pattern, getting a decent take, & then doubling it, but all of the rhythm guitar is a looped four bar riff (3 different riffs in this one).
