hmmm seems nice, with the distortion models, adjustable gain, volume, and 3 band EQ...
Digitech actually did something right... well, good for them.

That video was ****ing dumb. I was expecting a demo of the sounds but not some cheesy mother****er that probably didn't know wtf he was reading. I won't hold it against the pedal though, modeling is getting better and better everyday.

Heh, their bad monkey pedel is a tubescreamer clone without the extreme mid hump and has treble and bass controls. Oh and it's also analog! No digital modelling... Excellent pedal. Folks at TGP are raving about it. It's slowing becoming the next best kept secret. It won't replace the "booteek" pedals, but for $40, it's a killer pedal that should cost $100 or more.

Yeah, the Bad Monkey is a pretty great pedal. It's such a great transparent boost with all these great little nuances added to your sound you hardly notice, but you know, they're still there. I had one for about a day and ended up taking it back because it really wasn't what I looking for though. I messed with it for about an hour and half and just kept getting great sounds out of it. I was almost tempted to keep it, but it was an impulse buy, and I'm trying not to do those kinds of things anymore. The Screamin' Blues Overdrive/Distortion is also pretty great too, so be sure to check that one out if you get the chance.
