Hi guys.

I'm from Portugal and I'm new here on this forum.

I have SDs on these two guitars, and I bet they are not my last

Strat #1 bought from a friend like this:

Which now is like this (Seymour Duncan Pegasus):

(CTS 550K pot, GFS steel trem block, refret to 6100s and re-radiused to 12")


I also have this strat that was bought like this:

And is now like this:

(Neck Seymour Duncan Sentient, middle BKP, bridge custom Oil City, refret with 6100s and re-radiused to 16", 5 way switch + push-pull, GFS steel trem block, SS saddles)

I've also had a SSL-5 in the past when the black one was Gilmour inspired. These new humbuckers take it to a new level though. Like them alot.

Did you airbrush in the flame??? Impressive work whatever went on with the whiteburst anyhow.

Thanks AlexR. No, I had my luthier strip the finish, put in a flamed maple veneer which I choose, and then refinish it like this.

I thought about the white cover on the middle single, but it would look a bit too SSS from a distance IMO.

They do sound great. The bridge humbucker on the white-burst is a bit like a scatterwound JB but with alnico 8 and double screw coils. Can do everything well up to Metallica's Load/Reload. Agressive. Juicy.

The black one on the other hand doesn't even have a coil split. The Pegasus sounds very modern, can be djenty at will, but still have these cleans... I just LOVE the Pegasus.

Next I need an 8 string with a Pegasus/Sentient combo
