I'm going to speculate her and guess that the circuit has an analog signal path with digital control.
All said and done, this looks amazing. I heard that it's going to street around $220. This will be a strong contender for the spot that my Diamond Tremolo currently holds. I'll have to have both and test them together, though - for posterity's sake.
