Got this in on Friday. It is a Schecter Solo-6 Limited edition (100 made in the USA) I've always been more of a strat shape type of guy but all I can say is wow! Great guitar all around. The Seymour pickup combo of JB and 59 sounds freakin great! I'm in love with this thing! The neck has a great shape that is very much like my C-1 Schecter's. It is so classy looking and when people talk of LP killers, this one does it! I really dig the speed knobs on this one too. It's a small touch but there is an out ring of rigged rubber on the knob that just feels so nice every time you twist the knob!

That's something. I don't really like Schecters, but those are pretty sweet.

I bet your PT Blackjack is pretty cool. I really like the PT series. C-1's have always been my favorites but this solo-6 has come on strong!

Hey nice axe! But tell me about the BlackJack ATX you got, I've always wanted that guitar.

pretty cool man, definitely looks like a killer LP style, and it's a Fender scale too, that's a plus in my books.

Congrats!! I really like the Solo-6's. I had one of the C1 artists (musician's friend model) and loved it.. Had to sell it.

I like the ATX's, but I wish they had a model with the Blackouts that come in white and not the antique white

Yeah, the one in the middle is actually a Schecter C-1 plus, just a great guitar. It's a 24.75 inch scale so a little shorter scale than my other 2 but just really a great guitar and a beautiful finish on it as well. I love how Schecter puts the push pull pots on the volumes for coil tapping, makes for great variations of tones. When I got the guitar, I thought for sure I would swap out the Duncan Designed pickups in it, but honestly much to my suprise they sound real good! I'm a Duncan purist for the most part too!

Looks like a cool, modern Les Paul. The scale length's gonna keep it from getting a 'vintage accurate' Les Paul tone but with a 59 in the neck you should be more than close enough.

Schecter is one of the only 'modern' companies who keeps enough of the 'classic' vibe to their instruments that i stay interested in them. None of them are perfect to me but they're all pretty close.

I agree, I think of Schecters as "Modern Classics". They have great guitars.
